Every time I call them for something it is a hassle and they are rude. We will be switching. Not costumer service orientated at all. They just lost our business for sure.

I'm not sure if they care to sell insurance or not. It didn't seem like it. After jumping through hoops and then being asked to jump through more, I finally went with someone else. Seemed nice but...
