I'm a resident of bayvue for 5 years now , my issue is that every day at 7:45 to 8:00am my family is bother with the loud of the employees that work here . We can hear everything. Their screaming...

I don't like this place at all. It's always new people in the office.when you call the office for something that needs to fix they take their time getting it done. Don't come here

I want to give 0 stars. I've been here for 2 years now. All of the second year, the neighbors below me always wake me up in the middle of the night either fighting, yelling, or slamming doors....

I've lived in Bayvue apartments almost 9years. Not because I want to. After years of being here and seeing the change in management, the new management does NOT CARE!!! ever since they came....

Very loud neighborhood, unassigned parking, bugs, and rough area. The price and amenities are nice but not worth losing sleep over at night. Always doing construction & requesting people move...
