Worst Bank of America I've ever been to. Seems to only get worse over time. Sad because I love B of A. Hate the customer service here. So slow and they do not care what so ever.

INCREDIBLY slow service. I've worked as a teller and I know how it goes, but clearly they don't. Wasn't even busy enough for the waiting time to make any sense.

$6 fee to cash a Bank of America check at a Bank of America branch? What a complete rip-off. Add in the rude teller and the rude woman in the office and I'd say take your banking business anywhere...
