Horrible, horrible company. The person answering the phone is rude and useless. I've been waiting a week for them to order the parts needed for a repair. Stay away from these frauds!

They are awful. 2-10 warranty sent them out to repair my a/c on July 27th, and now it is August 11. Air Smith will not pick up their phone and no date when they will fix the unit.
