Welcome to Our Lady of the Meadows - senior living & memory care. We are level III Community Care Homes with a passion for elder care. When being alone or with family who work outside of the home becomes unsafe, lonely, or both, having to choose alternative living accommodations can be overwhelming. Founded in 1866, The Converse Home is a senior living community that features a den, library, country kitchen and private dining room. It provides housekeeping, linen, dining, transportation, laundry and personal assistance services. The community organizes various social, recreational, cultural, educational, and health and wellness programs. Additionally, The Converse Home participates in Alzheimer s care programs. It is located in Burlington, Vt. The community additionally provides medication management and various personal care assistance services. Its spacious floor plans include kitchenettes, living areas and full baths.
