Sawmill Bar & Table uses Vermont’s agricultural bounty to create world-class farm-to-table fare. We are open Tuesday to Sunday for Dinner & Cocktails beginning at 5:00pm. Breakfast is served daily (excluding Mondays) from 7:30am to 10:30am, Sunday Brunch 11:00am to 2:00pm.
