Yeah NBT does NOT exchange foreign cash of any kind. If your a customer they will send it out I was told. Then I'd have to wait for however long to get my cash back... UHM NO THANKS

Person I talked to was very nice but if you are looking for a place to exchange currency, don't bother unless you have an account with them.

This bank is terrible. There is a $4.95 fee to pay your loan on their website. I tried sending an electronic check but they would not cash it. This bank is definitely stuck in 1989.
