Madbush Falls is Vermont’s bike and ski basecamp: a 27-room lodge, 75-seat restaurant and bar interconnected with a bike and ski shop operated by the Outdoor Gear Exchange, and a coaching and guiding center. The 20-acre property, located less than 10 minutes from Sugarbush and Mad River Glen ski areas in Vermont’s Green Mountains, features a 30-foot waterfall and swim hole, a brand new lodge and restaurant designed by local craftsmen, and an extensive local network of singletrack mountain biking trails right outside the door. Originally called The Madbush Alpine Chalet, a classic 1950’s era ski chalet, the property has been transformed into a cultural center and logistical basecamp for the area’s booming mountain and gravel biking scene. Come wintertime, it becomes the ideal launchpad for alpine, nordic and backcountry skiing.
