At one of Vermont’s pioneering farm to table restaurants, our menu is built around what’s being harvested in our Market Garden and from other Vermont farms on any given day or week. Staples like our farmstead cheddar, seasonal lamb and pork, and other farm products are featured items. It doesn’t get more fresh, local, or delicious than that. Although the prices were pretty high, Shelburne Farms offered sandwiches and drinks for our dining pleasure ! We were hungry and grateful for the food. Thank you, Shelburne Farms !
