Very rude doctor.......... And can't pick up phone when need to make appointment with..... hate having to go there feels like waste of time

Very poor operated facility!! Doctors are over worked & that transforms into poor health care.i get more answers from my dogs vet. Nobody seems to know what's going on.gisel is a perfect employee...

Staff are all doing their best but the level of care here is horrible. Received a diagnosis that requires surgery and told I would be referred to a surgeon, likely through the UVM medical center....
