Working with children, adolescents, and their parents is incredibly rewarding, and I consider it a privilege to be part of their care team. My priority is to create a comfortable environment where patients and families feel heard, understood, and hopeful, especially in stressful situations. The greatest reward comes when my work with an individual or family concludes, and they feel equipped to move forward, having gained valuable insights from our time together.
