I love my job! I get a kick out of making loans fun for people. It makes my job even better! I'm excited to talk with you and see how I can help you, as well as educate you on the important aspects of your loan. I'm from Utah and have lived here most of my life. I grew up with 4 older brothers, so yes, I got beat up a little! I also learned to be feisty which helps me be great at my job. I have 3 kids and love my husband very much. He supports me in everything I do...except spending money! Back when I had free time I played guitar and sang in a band. I attended Utah State and got my MBA with an emphasis in Operations Management which also helps me manage the timeline on my loans. I've been doing loans for over a decade. I want you to know that you can expect the following from me: 1) Communication: I will update you at least once a week (usually more) on your loan. I will return phone calls, texts, and emails. This is an extremely high priority for me. 2) Honesty: I will tell you the truth. There are times when it might make more sense for you to go to another lender and I will be the first to tell you that. I've had several people over the years that I have turned away because I knew it was better for them to go elsewhere. Generally, that is not the case, but I want people to know I have their best interest in mind always. There are also times when loans get a little hard. I will tell you the truth about what is going on and why. I value your trust and I want you to know that it matters to me. 3) FUN: I will make your loan experience as FUN as I can. My Loans Can Be Fun program consists of gifts throughout the loan process to make this experience memorable.
