Terrible customer service. The guy who works there doesn't want to be there. Well neither do I more than I have to with an attitude like that. A smile wouldn't hurt anybody.

I have literally never complained on here or any other website. but i thought this store and location deserved it. i have been to many other ups stores. they have no issue shipping things for me....

This really is the worst UPS store. Charging 2.50 to print a return label. (The Lehi location doesn't do this and thought it was crazy AF does it.) I also tried to ship a package and was quoted...
