The oven was not properly set so our sandwiches were not toasted and barely melted cheese was not very cool. My wife had a coupon for $7.99 meal with her rewards and the girl at the register...

Forgot to add cheese on both my sandwiches. When I specifically made sure to tell them I wanted cheese on both. They put no cheese. This was an online order. They do not pay attention to details.
