Stephanie Sphar, DNP, APRN, FNP

Sarah Gadd was raised in Kaysville and is excited to serve the Davis County community with family medicine and urgent care. She became a Registered Nurse in 2016 where she worked in labor and delivery and at an eating disorder treatment center. Sarah is very passionate about preventative healthcare and believes in a holistic, patient-centered practice. She is interested in all aspects of family practice including women's health, pediatrics, urgent care, mental health, and more.

Dr. Broadbent provides wellness care to adults and children with a special interest in preventative care. He practices Family Medicine at Ogden Clinic including pediatric and geriatric services. He is also licensed to conduct DOT physical exams. Born and raised in the four corners area of New Mexico, Daniel Broadbent became fluent in Spanish. He is married and has four wonderful kids. He loves baseball and spending time with his family.

Traci Allison is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Ogden Clinic | Farmington. She received her Master of Science as an FNP from Weber State University in 2019. Traci’s clinical interests include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, well-child care, dermatology, and women’s health. Traci resides in Kaysville with her husband and four children. In her spare time, she volunteers at Seager Memorial Clinic. She also enjoys skiing, quilting, and spending time with her family.
