Spirals and Heartspace is a somatic and expressive arts based psychotherapy practice in Layton, UT offering mental health counseling, coaching/mentoring, consultation, and authentic movement. We offer heart led, whole person centered care through a creative, compassionate, relational neuroscience, embodied attachment, and body oriented lens. With almost two decades of experience in providing wonder filled and curious support, we travel alongside each person, honoring all the parts, as we work together to ease obstacles and stuck places resulting from trauma, relational wounds, early imprints . . . allowing us to alchemize the pain that life brings into a portal of transformation, vitality, magic and purpose.
