Shelby Holmes, FNP

A Utah native, Shelby Holmes received her undergraduate education from Weber State University before transferring to The University of Utah for her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Shelby is now a certified Nurse Practitioner at Ogden Clinic Canyon View after completing her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Weber State University. At Ogden Clinic Canyon View, Shelby performs the full scope of family medicine and urgent care services. She sees patients of all ages and enjoys helping all of her patients recover faster and improve their quality of life.
