Great wash but why can't they pre treat the right side too? My car doesn't get dirty on just one side? Should I go through backwards? That's all

I did the wash, it had spots all over the hood. They let me go through again, still wasn't clean at all. They then told me the roller won't go down because of roof rack and they would give refund....

The manager does not answer emails nor help when the car wash had destroyed a panel on my car. Do not expect help from the quick quake customer service team either.
