In 1998, Bill Rawson & Tom Leiter, Lowell's sons-in-law, purchased the company and continue to provide excellent forward-looking leadership to a great company. With the acquisition of Hutchinson Oil in April of 2002, our distribution network now reaches over 3000 customers in Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho and Nevada. With this acquisition, we enhanced our ability to service our customers through better contracting capabilities with our vendors, and added more locations from which to deliver. Cardwell has teamed with Shell, Chevron, Conoco, Sinclair, Flying J, Tesoro, Bio Energy, and other major fuel distributors to provide more than 70 million gallons of gasoline and diesel fuels. Cardwell is a National Distributor for Shell and can answer all your lubrication questions.
