Excellent food service and price. Stopped by on our Moab trip. So good we came back another day. Hours however were unreliable. Came back a third time mid day and they were closed even tho it says...

The Papichi was a high quality Italian Panini. Would strongly recommend giving this place a try. Delicious from start to finish.

I had the turkey sandwich with roast red peppers & onions. The cheese melted perfectly like a grilled cheese sandwich. All the other ingredients were a plus! Soo good! Comes with potatoes chips....

We had the Modena and Napoli paninis and they were both very good. The food truck park is a fun place to sit and do some people watching
