New World Distillery is an on-site craft distillery specializing in super-premium, site-distilled spirits. We have a welcoming retail store front that looks out onto the production floor so that visitors can witness where magic takes place. We offer sales of product and branded merchandise, sprits glassware, cocktail mixers, bitters and more. Oomaw Gin / Rabbit and Grass Blanco, Reposado & Añejo Agave Sprits / Ogden Valley VODKA / Wasatch Blossom Utah Tart Cherry Liqueur / Ogden Nine Rails Bourbon Whiskey / Uncharted Series Apple Brandy are among the award-winning spirits made here. Public tour registration is via our website. High Season Hours: (Thanksgiving to March 31) and (Memorial Day to Labor Day) Tuesday to Saturday 11 am to 5 pm, Sunday 12 pm to 5 pm. Closed Mondays. Low Season Hours: (April 1st to Memorial Day) and and (Labor Day to Thanksgiving) Tuesday to Saturday 11 am to 5 pm. Closed Sunday and Monday. Holiday Hours Vary. Limited drop-in spots for tours
