Hiroshi Kagawa, MD joins the Division of Cardiothoracic surgery as a faculty member in the adult cardiac section. Dr. Kagawa grew up in Tokyo, Japan and earned his medical degree from The Jikei University School of Medicine. He completed a General Surgery Residency at St. Luke’s International Hospital in Tokyo and a Cardiac Fellowship at the Jikei University in Tokyo. Dr. Kagawa then came to the US to pursue additional training. Megan Mills, MD, serves as the Associate Vice Chair for Clinical Operations and Chief of the Musculoskeletal section in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences. Dr. Mills provides diagnostic and imaging-guided procedural expertise in a range of disorders affecting the musculoskeletal system. Her research focuses on innovating techniques for training future radiologists.

Hannah Duffey, MD, is an allergy and immunology provider who sees patients of all ages. She is especially interested in drug allergy, allergic asthma management, infantile eczema and food allergy, but she cares for patients with a large spectrum of allergic and immunologic conditions. She cares for patients with asthma, allergic rhinitis (hay fever), food allergy, eczema, drug allergy, urticaria (hives), angioedema (swelling), stinging insect allergy, anaphylaxis and eosinophilic disorders. Dr. Duffey completed her pediatric residency at the University of Utah and Primary Children’s Hospital. She then went to Colorado where she completed her allergy and immunology training at Children’s Hospital of Colorado and University of Colorado. She and her husband are excited to be back in Utah and enjoy spending time in the mountains.
