These folks are great! All masked up, social distancing, very attentive and polite. And...Mose, their luthier, was able to adjust my acoustic guitar perfectly! My guitar has never sounded better.

Been coming here for years. Great folks, awesome repair shop; there is no substitute for a brick & mortar shop run by people who love making music.

A real full-time musician sent me here years ago and they're my go-to guitar store. None of the staff are "pushy" in any way and everyone is very knowledgeable, nothing like big-box music stores....

I called ahead and asked if they offer 30 day returns on purchases, like guitar Center. They told me yes they definitely do. I drove 45 minutes to look at possibly buying a new amp for $3k....

Tried to be optimistic, but last 3 guitars had worked, came back less than stellar, even charged me for one suppose to call first if not 100% sure could fix problem... surprise ending... they...
