Horrible product reliability and after sales support. Paid $2k for battery and solar charging panels. Used it on 2 camping trips and the battery won't take a charge from wall charger nor solar. GZ...

They will not sell you component parts. If your power station goes bad after the warranty expires you are out of luck!!
