Not sure why this place is rated low my wife and I just got it and everything was soooo good. We are from out of state and are jealous we don't have one near us. Great job good service and kind people

Worst costumer service and worst attitude a little kindness goes along way! We stopped twice in our way to drop our son to college! No tipping , just paying for my bagels this time !

Gave me a list of bagels they had. Ordered off that list. Got the wrong bagel, and shmeer. Super disappointed. Anybody want raisins?
