Customer service is horrible. Waited for 40 minutes and my cookies never came out. Came back another day and tried getting my cookies but they said I couldn't do that.

Excellent service! Cookies are huge and delicious - very fresh! I don't really understand why I need to hit 85 characters but it is what it is.

Ordered curbside on NYE. 12 minis and two waters. We never got our waters and we waited a LONG time for our cookies and only one of our cookie dough cookies out of three had cookie dough bits on it.
