Operator isn't helpful. Limited English, but beneficial for Spanish speakers. Try calling Farmington branch instead. They could answer all the questions and even more.

I came in for a scheduled appointment on a weekday and they were running behind by more than an hour. No phone call or anything to give me a heads up in advance. Waste of time.

So I'm looking over my bill for my last visit and I wonder is it really 900 dollars an hour to operate this facility? (they billed me 150 for about ten minutes) I have a problem paying this bill...
