About Stratton Bakery Equipment Sales Stratton Sales & Service was founded in 1969 by Emmett and Shirlene Stratton with an emphasis in service. Since that time Stratton Sales has grown to provide everything related to the baking industry. From new or used bakery equipment sales to smallwares and dough equipment we see every project through from consultation to installation. By focusing exclusively on baking equipment we have gained knowledge and experience in working with retail bakers, supermarket bakeries, food service bakeries and wholesale production plants. Stratton Sales is based in Salt Lake City, UT and we focus in helping bakeries in Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado and New Mexico. Although our emphasis is working with bakeries in the intermountain west we do consulting, sales and installations across the country. Stratton Sales is still a family owned and operated business. In 1989 Emmett retired and his four sons have taken over the daily operations of the company. Bryan and Kirk manage sales and administration, Mark manages our service and field installation crews and Keith manages our shop and reconditioning process. We have always prided ourselves in providing our clients with exceptional service, experience and knowledge and aligning ourselves with vendors and customers who share this same philosophy.
