Ordered a Caramel Coffee, with light ice. Coffee tasted old, I had better coffee in the Army and that says a lot. Couldn't taste any caramel, what a waste of $7

Terrible coffee. The first cup we ordered of basic drip was luke warm and very bitter. We asked them to brew a new pot, and they were accommodating but the second cup was only marginally better...
