At Mind Body Soul Wellness Retreats, we help guide you into a world of healing with Shinrinyoku, Guided Meditation Hikes, Guided Snowshoeing Meditation Hikes, Wellness Retreats, Day-treats (like a retreat but only lasts a day) and meditation classes. Onblay is a collection of curated outdoor experiences tailored to explorers, not tourists. Each trip is thoroughly screened to make sure it's provided by a trusted professional, provides a high-level of excitement, and has small or private group sizes.
