Having experienced their way late pickup times, I called 4 hrs ahead. I needed a 6:30 pickup, at 8:30 I cancelled with them and went with City Cab.

They are fraudulent. (1) They take the long way. (2) I did not tip them, but they give themselves 30% tip. Call your credit card company and cancel the charge after the ride.
