Never got a nail trim. I didn't come with proof of rabies vaccine bc it wasn't listed anywhere, even with the collar tag. Staff just didn't seem interested. They offered to call but it's a Sunday....

I think the groomer wanted to go home quickly. My dog was shaven down very low on his head and I asked to leave his teddy face along with pictures. Shaving a dog down to the shape of there body...
