They never answer the phone. They have you waiting for hours. They never call back or want to give you the money you paid in advance back. They are the worst.

Be ready for a 3 hour wait...another hour in the patient's room.. lastly one more hour to get the heck out of the place. = 5 hours total. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!
