They literally don't wear gloves here touching so many surfaces in between. Every online delivery order takes a minimum of 15 minutes from when you arrive for it to be ready.

The place is slow and inefficient. My order took more than twice the estimated 23-28 minutes, and this seemed to be pretty consistent with other orders. One customer had been waiting over an hour....
