Poor medical care. Waiting to long for patients to get the right treatment. Short staff. Attitude when you ask for something, but worse part is the poor medical care.

I give it a 4 star (prefer to give a 4.5 if available) because I have comparison with another facility from which we moved, which has most elegant and nice settings, but very low nursing and CNA...

Very nice facility. Front desk tried her hardest to help us. The nurse at the desk acted like we were bothering her just to get a room number. After patient was placed in bed the rudeness...
