stood in the empty whataburger for about 10 minutes. The place is so small and the workers are so big so it's not like they can hide from us. The guy in the front saw us walk up and immediately...

Very slow. 25 minutes SO FAR, in a drive through. With 4 cars ahead of me. Absolutely unacceptable. I was here at 1245 it is now 105. 4 cars ahead of me should not take this long. YOU HAVE FAILED!
