Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. No mayonnaise. I asked where is the mayo and they said you have to specify I want mayo. And you said regular. So they gave me a small tub with mayo.

This has to be one of the worst Whataburgers out there. If Galveston's east end didn't have such limited restaurant options, I'd never step foot in here at all. Even for the classic afterparty...

Placed online order checked in the curbside had to walk in to get my food because they forgot. Update got home food was cold and needed to be microwaved

Placed an order of medium fries through the phone app, and it was never ready. Had to go up to the register and showed them the order in the app, which they were hesitant to believe and were rude....
