Worse welcome center , employees were not helpful there was no maps available and forget it if you don't have a reservation you're not getting in . Locked gates on the trails you can't just enjoy...

What a great nature preserve! I went on the Grotto Tour and our guide was very informational. West Cave Outdoor Center is located in the middle of nature so there's no phone service available....

Matt and Megan were awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic. They led our tour and educated us on the Westcave Preserve; from its physical creation to it becoming a nature preserve.
