Kim, my husband placed an order at 9:48 AM it's 10:04 am and we finally got our order. I believe they are very short staffed.

Everytime I go it's never fresh made to order. You can tell it's been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile.

I placed an order at the drive thru, the screen was not working and told to drive to the window to get my total and questioned the amount and again questioned to make sure it was a single patty...

Service was great but messed up on order then remanded some of it had them bag it so we could go! Then got in car to eat and only one item was correct!!
