They take too long and they don't communicate with you if something is wrong. They straight up ignored me when I asked them if something was wrong with my check. The customer service is very poor....

We have been with this bank since it opened in 1992. Miss the older tellers but the new ones are very helpful and sweet! Usually not a long line. Great service
