Well first of all I was born in Houston Texas raised in Spring Texas and always had a love for bbq. I traveled around the country working on different farms here and there. Like many of us here in the US struggle became very familiar during the covid 19 pandemic that struck early in 2020. I was living and working in southern Oregon for a few years by this time. I had saved my penny's all the while and finally nearing the end of 2020 I decided it was time to move back home. I moved in with my oldest brother here in Conroe. I bought a smoker on a trailer, stuff to make brisket sandwiches, and a poster board for a business sign setting up on the side of the road on county land. Just before Christmas of 2020 I was in business. It was slow at first but like the saying goes
