History

Vineyard Restoration was founded in 2004 as Vineyard Services, our parent company, and is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. We operate as a full service construction company specializing in emergency services and insurance claims/losses, this means we are experienced in dealing with all types of insurance carriers and working within their guidelines, requirements, and timelines. Our emergency services include fire and smoke remediation, water extraction, mold/asbestos abatement, and pack out, storage, and cleaning of contents and personal belongings. We are currently licensed as a general contractor in 16 states and we carry specialty licenses in several of those states. Today we continue to grow as the largest rehabilitation contractor in the country, in addition to performing emergency services and insurance restoration services to clients on a National basis.

Vineyard Restoration is a full service construction company focused on disaster recovery services and restoration. We are the first line of defense on site of a loss, arriving within 2 hours, to stabilize the situation, begin cleanup, and prevent further damage. We work hand in hand with the insurance companies to help our clients recover from their loss as stress free as possible. Our market includes all types of commercial properties, multifamily, and single family homes. Our services include water loss mitigation, mold/asbestos remediation, fire damage restoration, and power generation.
