Albert Heo, MD, is a dual-trained internal medicine and pediatrics doctor who sees both children and adults.His clinical areas of interest are preventive medicine and public health.He emphasizes routine checkups, wellness exams, and focuses on treating a variety of common acute and chronic medical conditions, such as asthma, diabetes, and high blood pressure.Heo is committed to educating and empowering his patients to make shared medical decisions. He values being an attentive and caring physician for all of his patients. Hes passionate about advocating for his patients regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or socioeconomic background. His goal is to provide a medical home for all his patients.Heo graduated from medical school in 2018 at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and completed his residency program at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston in 2022.He is fluent in English and Korean. In his spare time, Heo likes traveling, singing karaoke, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with his family.
