His experience ranges from planning assignments such as preparing facility plans for Texas Water Development Board projects to design, bidding and construction phase services on projects ranging from water and wastewater lines to expansions to wastewater treatment plants such as the North ( Robindale ) Wastewater Treatment Plant and Southside Wastewater Treatment Plant in Brownsville. More recently Mr. Hernandez has performed design, bidding and construction phase services for the BPUB Jacaranda Sanitary Sewer Project, the 16-Inch BPUB Waterline Loop and the Cadell Road Waterline Project for the City of Brownsville and funded through the Community Development Block Grant ( CDBG ) program. Mr. Hernandez was born in Brownsville Texas and graduated from a local public high school ( Gladys Porter High School ). He is licensed as a professional engineer in the states of Texas and Colorado.
