Threw out our device (ps5) without notifying us when it couldn't be fixed. We were in the process of a warranty and this location "recycled" the device with no call or text to notify me.

Asurion is the worst. Without telling me they were going to do it, they charged a $50 cleaning fee. Yep, $50 to clean your phone when they repair it. What's more is I have insurance through...
