Second time I had an appointment with a stylist through their app and was left waiting over 20 min. Either the stylist is not budgeting their time correctly or the app is not.

Had an appt at 4:30pm that I showed up at 4:05pm for. Wasn't there for a specific stylist. Watch each stylist empty their chairs and fill them with people that walked in after my 4:30 appt time....
