The staff at this hotel were all very helpful. We had family members staying here for 2-3 days, and every person we encountered were amazing. Highly recommend.

This place is a hot mess. We are Diamond club members and the AC wasn't even on when we opened the door. The fridge was barely on. Had to call in for service. No pool but I should've checked...
