So glad I chose Tru for my stay this time. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. The dogs loved people watching from the window I chose this location because it was near most of the errands...

Easy stop along the highway so good for traveling. Rooms were clean, area felt safe. I chose this property because it is pet friendly, and there is a nice grassy area that is great if you are...

My first room had WET PISS sheets. That's right-- sat in someone's PEE... URINE! Mind you I had just checked in. So I called and requested a new room which was "graciously" granted (bare minimum)....

Tru by Hilton in Katy, Houston, is a great hotel with convenient access to the freeways and close to Costco. The rooms are okay, but I wish they were a bit cleaner.

Clean room, good service - simple breakfast: they have coffee and simple food to grab and go.
