Offer insurance that did not cover lost phone and a further fee to fix it. Was charged for phone insurance by Total Wireless. Gave me someone else's phone number and didn't cover lost phone.

warning do not go to this total wireless location. their customer service is horrible. i paid 210 to for them to set up new service and they did not set up my service. the next day my phone...
