History

Total Med Solutions is DFW's largest medical spa and has treated over 80,000 clients since 2011. We are locally owned and operated and employ almost 100 team members throughout our 7 clinic locations. Our goal has always been to provide the highest level of quality aesthetic and medical services at affordable pricing. We can do this by leveraging our buying power to drive down costs and then pass these savings along to our clients. We are proud to be awarded Allergan's Diamond Clinic for Botox and Juvederm and Galderma's Presidential Elite Clinic for Dysport and Restylane products. All of our services are performed by trained medical professionals who are certified in their respective field.
